• independent preparation of monthly payroll accounting for our employees
• maintenance and updating of personnel master data as well as time recording systems
• consideration and application of payroll tax and social security regulations
• point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related questions
• communication with tax advisors, health insurance funds and authorities
• ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines
• preparation of analyses and reports in the areas of payroll, construction payroll and salary
• support in optimizing payroll accounting processes
• administration and archiving of payroll-relevant documents and data

A CV that convinces:

• completed training in accounting, human resources, or a comparable qualification
• several years of experience in payroll accounting, construction payroll, ideally in a medium-sized company
• sound knowledge of payroll tax, social security and employment law
• confident use of common payroll accounting software such as DATEV (Payroll, Salary), BRZ
• very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• an independent, structured and reliable way of working
• ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• discretion in handling sensitive data
