Operations Accountant

To strengthen our team in Leipzig, we are looking for you as an Operations Accountant (full-time) to start immediately.

A challenging task:
- independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- execution of ongoing accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
- preparation of tax returns and declarations
- performance of account reconciliations and analyses
- participation in budget planning and monitoring
- support in the implementation and optimization of accounting processes
- contact person for external auditors, tax advisors, and financial authorities
- preparation of reports and evaluations for management
A resume that convinces:
- completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field
- several years of professional experience in financial/operations accounting
- sound knowledge of relevant accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
- proficient use of accounting software (e.g., DATEV, SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel
- analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- team spirit, strong communication skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility
